Information for Presenters
Paper presenters:
- The presentation length is 20 mins plus 2.5 mins for questions.
- Online presenters will be connected live via Zoom. However, we ask them to upload a recording of the presentation by April 1. This is meant to serve as a backup in case there are issues with the connection.
- Specifically, online presenters are expected to provide a pre-recorded 20-min video (at least 720p) in mp4 format. Instructions on how to submit the video are sent to the authors in email.
- Both in-person and remote presenters, as well as session chairs, are asked to show up at least 20 mins before the session starts to set up laptop/screen sharing.
- Important information for remote presenters:
- Please use a headset and don’t forget to turn your webcam on and share your video on Zoom.
- We don’t have a way to communicate with you while you’re presenting, please be mindful of the time. After 20 minutes we’ll turn off screen sharing for you.
Poster/demo presenters:
- Each poster/demo is assigned to a specific poster/demo session.
- Posters will be displayed the whole day, therefore we ask presenters to put them up before the first coffee break. We ask for demos to be also accompanied by a poster.
- Poster boards have 100cm width x 150cm height. It can fit A0 in portrait orientation or A1 in landscape orientation.
- Printing is arranged for remote presenters. We need the poster PDFs by April 1. We will print it in A0 portrait or A1 landscape, depending on the orientation.
For remote presenters, there will be dedicated slots assigned, as per our hybrid setup.
